Alex Stein, owner and lead planner of Events by Alex, assists her clients with designing and planning authentic events, while also working with them to establish and maintain a harmonious balance between their everyday schedule and planning tasks. Her innovative approach to wedding and event planning is specifically designed to streamline the planning process, making it less overwhelming and more enjoyable.
Alex entered the event industry at age 17, when she worked as the Party Manager for a children's event venue. Since then, she has trained under and worked with top DFW event companies, including Todd Event Design Creative Services, where she collaborated with respected industry professionals and acquired hands-on experience in the luxury wedding and event industry. In 2011, Alex took the leap and started her own business, Events by Alex.
Since then, Alex has been featured in D Weddings "Ask the Expert" and chosen as 1 of 12 competitors in The 1st Annual Wedding Games, a worldwide wedding design competition, hosted by the Wedding and Event Institute (W.E.I.). Currently, she serves as the Director of Programs, Meetings & Events for the Society of Wedding Professionals in Dallas, Texas.
Going beyond the commitment to recognizing and respecting each couple's personal vision, I understand the effort it takes to juggle planning a wedding, maintaining a career, running errands, spending time with family and friends...it can be absolutely exhausting! Why should you put yourself through that? Why should you be overburdened and overstressed during one of the most exhilarating experiences of your life? Simple answer: You shouldn't.
This is your day, and I want you to be excited! In fact, I want to get excited with you!
